Rod Camden, long time track and former head cross country coach at E.C. Glass High School, was profiled on "Talking High School Sports" as part of the "Where Are They Now" series from 2005-2006 on "Talking High School Sports". On this episode from April 1st 2006, we profiled Coach Camden in his words, and the words of others including Danny Boyers (Head Cross Country Coach at E.C. Glass), Wally Gilbert (Former Assistant Track Coach at E.C. Glass and Former Head Track Coach at Heritage) and Patterson Wilhelm (Former Track and Cross Country runner at E.C. The Lynchburg Elite Invitational took place May 2nd, 2008 at Brookville High School. On this episode, I talked to head coaches from Jefferson Forest (Robert Butler), Appomattox (Kevin Walker), Rustburg (Gerald Mosley) and Brookville (Ramsey Moore). In addition, I talked to Jefferson Forest relay runner, Allison Fishburne, as well as head athletic trainer at Brookville High School, Brandon Davis about his role at the meet. The Altavista Colonels Boys Basketball team played the game called "Teammates" during the 2007-2008 Boys Basketball season. It was 3 pair of Boys Basketball players that went against each other. Travis Simpson and Trevor Hall matched up against Roger Woodruff and Derrish Hunt and Darius Stephens and Gavin Monroe.
