The Sports Buffet is a podcast developed by Bob Alvis. Alvis, who has broadcasted high school sports for six years for WKDE Radio in Altavista, VA, developed the pod-cast to give internet listeners access to old games and segments of "Talking High School Sports", that Alvis broadcasted for three years. In addition to high school sports, college sports and pro sports will also be covered on "The Sports Buffet". 2007-2008 High School Girls Basketball: Waynesboro Little Giants Press Conference After State Semifinal

Secrett Stubblefield and her Waynesboro Little Giants were the 2nd best team in the VHSL this year, if you go by where they finished in the pecking order. They finished runner up to the State Champions, the Hidden Valley Titans. After Waynesboro defeated Bruton on Thursday, Coach Stubblefield and Devon Brown addressed the media in the media room after Thursday's win.
