The Sports Buffet is a podcast developed by Bob Alvis. Alvis, who has broadcasted high school sports for six years for WKDE Radio in Altavista, VA, developed the pod-cast to give internet listeners access to old games and segments of "Talking High School Sports", that Alvis broadcasted for three years. Appomattox and Buckingham met to decide the Region B Division 2 Title, as well as who would get to play close to home. Buckingham won the contest and will "host" Washington and Lee, while the Raiders will travel to the eastern shore to take on King William. Hear from Brantley Shields (Appomattox Head Coach) and Brian Wilson (Buckingham Head Coach) after the game for their thoughts.

"Talking High School Sports" was a radio show established back in 2003 on AM 1000, WKDE. Due to the birth of my beautiful daughter, Anna, the show was cancelled due to time constraints.
