The Sports Buffet is a podcast developed by Bob Alvis. Alvis, who has broadcasted high school sports for six years for WKDE Radio in Altavista, VA, developed the pod-cast to give internet listeners access to old games and segments of "Talking High School Sports", that Alvis broadcasted for three years. Monticello and Richlands met in Lynchburg for the AA Division 3 State Title last Saturday. BJ Williams was there to cover it for "The Sports Buffet". He spoke with Brud Bicknell and Michael Graham from Monticello. Takee Hedgemen, also speaks in a "press conference" style format. BJ also caught some comments as a group of reporters spoek to Richlands Head Coach, Greg Mance. Finally, BJ sat down with Austin Fuller of Richlands to review the heartbreaking loss for Richlands.

"Talking High School Sports" was a radio show established back in 2003 on AM 1000, WKDE. Due to the birth of my beautiful daughter, Anna, the show was cancelled due to time constraints.
