Are the VHSL Playoffs fair? It's a question I posed last year on "Talking High School Sports". Now, this year Region III has expanded their playoffs to six teams rather then the standard four. But I posed the question "Are the VHSL Playoffs fair" last year to these individuals: Joe Freeland (Head Coach of the Randolph Henry Statesmen), Dwayne Hamlette (Assistant Coach of the William Campbell Generals), Dennis Carter (Host of "Football Friday" on ABC-13), Chris Thurman (Head Coach of the Gretna Hawks), John Berlin (Former Defensive Coordinator of the Amherst Lancers), Larry Kidd (Assistant Coach of the Brookville Bees), Chris Lang (Sportswriter for the Lynchburg News & Advance), John Organ (Former Sports Anchor at ABC-13), Stewart Grant (Defensive Coordinator of the Liberty Minutemen), Nathan Warters (Sportswriter for the Lynchburg News & Advance), Mike Reavis (Assistant Coach at Altavista High School {then Rustburg}), Matt Foutz (Former Head Coach at Chatham and now current head coach at Martinsville), Larry Bradley (Longtime Virginia High School Football Coach), Chris Humphreys (Sportswriter at the Lynchburg News & Advance)

"Talking High School Sports" was a radio show established back in 2003 on AM 1000, WKDE. Due to the birth of my beautiful daughter, Anna, the show was cancelled due to time constraints.
However, "The Sports Buffet" podcast was developed. We will feature all sports, all levels, stick with us on "The Sports Buffet" and you can visit our "father's" site www.kdcountry.com
