The Sports Buffet is a podcast developed by Bob Alvis. Jim Thacker, Head Coach of the Jefferson Forest Cavaliers, was named Coach of the Year in the Seminole District for the 2007 Baseball Season. Not only that but his Cavs beat the Liberty Minutemen 2-1 Friday night to capture the Seminole District Tournament Title. Hear his thoughts after the game right here on "The Sports Buffet"
