The Sports Buffet is a podcast developed by Bob Alvis. Alvis, who has broadcasted high school sports for six years for WKDE Radio in Altavista, VA, developed the pod-cast to give internet listeners access to old games and segments of "Talking High School Sports", that Alvis broadcasted for three years. After Brookville defeated Heritage for the 2006-2007 Seminole District Boys Basketball Championship, i had a chance to catch up with Matt Dunton, one of the players of the year in the district (Alvin Wright-Heritage was co-player of the year). Dunton discussed the award and how he felt about the Bees chances headed into the Region III Tournament (they lost to Hidden Valley in the Regional Semifinals)

"Talking High School Sports" was a radio show established back in 2003 on AM 1000, WKDE. Due to the birth of my beautiful daughter, Anna, the show was cancelled due to time constraints.
